Learning Disability

We support individuals living with learning disabilities to live meaningful, engaged lives with dignity and choice.

What we offer: •Functional assessment of behaviour, creating bespoke positive-behaviour support (PBS) plans grounded in best practice and research. •Consistent, skilled implementation by our team—trained in PBS, trauma-informed practice and de-escalation. •Ongoing review and data-driven adjustments to support plans, safeguarding the individual and those around them. •Liaison with specialist services (behavioural consultants, psychologists, psychiatrists) as needed. Living with behavioural support needs: Individuals requiring specialist behavioural support often face complex challenges which may include communication differences, trauma history, co-occurring conditions and risk of harm. Our goal is to promote safety, build skills, reduce behaviours of concern and support fulfilling lives underpinned by dignity, hope and respect.
